Ok Gents, way off Topic but I will defend my position. First, let me say thank God that we have a Texan in the White House that might erase the stain of LBJ to the honor of Texas. LOL. Erip- I said 1 moderate 2 Huge Liberals- the Moderates voting in favor I was including O'Conner in that (What was Reagan thinking putting her on the court?) but I will also include Kennedy. They are both moderates. Souter, a Republican appointee, is seen by most as a leftist activist judge. Beyer, a Bubba appointment is extremely Liberal. in addition Chief Justice Rehnquist and Mr. Justice Thomas and Mr. (lets hope chief justice) Justice Scalia voted to uphold the constitution (article IV and the equal protection clauses) Shy Guy- I think Attorney Generals first order of business will be Mr. Riad and the Lippo group.
