I was in Nuevo Laredo the 18, 19 and 20th. I saw (but did not get with) several street girls that I was not sure were 18. I also saw 4 girls that I swear if the were 18 I'll eat my hat. It would have surprised the hell out of me if two of them were 16. I thought the police ran BT. Do they check ids. I realize that I was in one giant whorehouse but it bothered me to see these way too young girls working. What do others think?
