Matiz mi amigo, While I would PREFER to have "panocha" in my coffee, the drink your amiga was reffering to is called "ponche"(sp?) pronounced "pon-chi". It is made with a type of cinnamon stick known as "canella". I remember my mom making it for us kids when I was little. It tastes fantastic and is analternative to hot coffee or tea. Billy
