If you're the father, you're on the hook. For Mexico, I have no idea but I can ask my friend if it is that important to you. Like any lawyer will tell you, never acknowledge to anything. A pregnancy is a long haul, woman can change her mind and get an abortion or you may not end up the father after blood test.
