I'm not saying that legally chicas would have to pay but morally is a different question. If a chica gives you a STD in my mind they are commiting a tort(wrong) against you. If you committ others torts(assault,etc) you have to pay so why not when you give somebody a disease? The tough part is proving she knew she had the STD before engaging in sex with you.
