Porker, I'm happy to play by the rules...just didn't know what they were. Both times I got the red light I proceeded slowly looking for the correct place to stop or for someone to motion to me. Even drove up next to the one area that looked like an inspection station, but nobody there showed any interest, so I just kept moving. Next time, I will insist upon an inspection. Thanks!
