Has anyone ever eaten a meal (comida, no panocha) at the Hotel Cesar restaurant? (It's supposedly the birthplace of the Caesar Salad). Any reviews? (I tried the TJ discussion forum first...no mentions there).
Is this also a strip bar? I thought that I read a club review of a Hotel Cesar somewhere on this site.
