Why Aren't There SGs on Coahuila?

Is it because the Coahuila bars lean more to hooker action than the alley bars (which lean more to fichera action)? Is it a lack of SG hotels? Neither of these suggestions seems to be the right answer because Coahuila is an SG-free zone all the way from Revolucion to beyond the Manhattan Club...so it's not just the 1 block with the heavy hitting AB, LC and Tropical. Those other 2 blocks contain ficha joints and crappy hotels, but no SGs. It doesn't matter a damn, but I am mildly curious.
