There is not a system around that will RELIABLY record vehicle licenses when they are traveling 60+ mph .... Hippie, you might want to re-think this ... the transponders they use for the toll roads (also the PAL fast lanes at the check points) puts an I.D. on you .... but if that transponder isn't working, they have a photo of the driver and license plate ... this is what keeps you from getting a $284.xx fine for illegal use of the toll lanes. ........MuleLip |
