Has anybody taken a road trip to Baja California past Ensenada? I was planning to take a car trip down Baja California and maybe hang out at the beach or go fishing. There are a few cities down there and I was wondering which Mexican resort/spot is good to just relax (not necessarily mongering). And should I rent a car or just drive my own? I seem to get confused and lost when surfing google concerning Baja? Too many options and I am not sure which city is the one for me or if it is safe to drive down there.
