This place is the second one (after Baccara - Cowboy)to add a second floor with a see-thru glass floor and dancing girls on the top floor. Girls wear a light dentelle top and bottom in the bar, and the bottom only on stage. A lot of cuties there. Worth looking at this place.

I checked this place out a couple of nights ago. It does indeed have two dance floors, the upper one being glass. Many more girls than guys on a sunday night. The girls were a fine looking crowd. I soon picked a stunning 9.5 and paid 600 bar fine and agreed to 1500 short time. I was then I found that Mandrin is not a 2 storie club, but three with short time rooms upstairs from the second dance floor. My "date" was reluctent to leave the bar until I pointed at my room at the Majestic from the bar's balconey.

By midnight, the place is empty and the girls are gone...some return by 1am to get in another short-time. A couple of the best looking go go girls in Thailand work here.

I wasn't very impressed with the selection of women when I came here a couple nights ago. I got here early (about 8 p.m.) as suggested above, but there were only a couple of good looking dancers -- the rest were average.

Well, a waitress at Mandarin tried to tell me last week that between 22:00 and 22:30 both Hollywood (I think #2) and G Spot had some girls naked - at least. As a few other Members have reported this place is a shadow of the great bar it used to be. However, Mandarin does still have the odd honey worth taking, but they are far fewer than previously. When the laws changed (no nudity, and no young girls) this place took a nose dive! Still has the odd babe but only has around 20 Dancers maximum turning up for a shift. BTW IronmanX02 is no longer the Manager, so I don't expect it to improve anytime soon.

Although I'm not a fan of this club, it has risen in stock this trip, mostly due to other clubs dropping.

MANDARIN is reported to have improved its talent stock. EROTICA closed recently so quite a few BG's could well have been acquired from there. Sounds like it needs checking out guys!

Hi Nytrash, I heard that the owner of Erotica can be a hot head and probably upset the police. They have closed Erotica but the good news is that Erotica VIP upstairs was still open. The owner paid an extortionate fee but he was still in business when I looked a few nights ago. All is not lost but Erotica have lost some of their girls to Mandarin. This balances things up though, because Mandarin lost a load of BG's to Erotica previously. The problem with bars like MANDARIN and EROTICA is that if they can't do illegal things they do very little business. Many BKK go-go bars just have little or no creativity, or a clue about concepts. This leaves the Rainbows and Angelwitch in a league of their own, hence these bars keep packing in the customers and this is the proof of their supreme level of success.

This was never one of my favorites in the Plaza, but, that being said, over the last couple of months the lineup seems to have improved quite a bit. It's gone from "give it a miss" to "well worth stopping in", in my book. It still doesn't compete with the big boys, but if they're too crowded, you could do worse than Mandarin.

Manos, I think you took the words right out of my mouth. On occasion you can find some real gems here. It can be hit or miss, so guys you have to be prepared to do some test runs. Unfortunately for Mandarin their location goes against them and it blows hot and cold. Although they are lower on quantity of go-go girls, Mandarin have risen in quality. Worth a visit.

A friend and I dropped in here again, last night. It seems to just keep getting better. The dancers were energetic and friendly. Given the smallish size of the bar, the number of attractive girls was impressive. This one's really rising up the charts, and has been for several months, now.

From my recent stay, I give the nod to Mandarin for being my favorite bar in Nana, in addition to having the best selection of spinners that I saw of any place in Bangkok. The spinners were quite numerous and many quite attractive. In addition, several pieces of dental floss were also to be found, with some of the tightest asses one could imagine.

Needless to say, I immensely enjoyed my visits. If there aren't many customers, the mamasan will keep all the girls downstairs. If the bar gets a reasonable number of customers, then the spinners get sent upstairs with the dental floss. You can tell which floor a girl normally works on by her apparel. First floor girls are in bikinis. Second floor girls are in school girl outfits, and sometimes do the "no panties under the skirt" thing, as the glass floor permits staring in that general direction.

Forgot to mention that the very lovely piece of dental floss that I barfined out of here knocked me out of my chair when she returned from changing. She was dressed so elegantly I could have taken her to a high-end restaurant. I was actually stunned that she looked so nice.

So after a very good session, I asked her if she wanted to go on a date to a nice place and she agreed. So a few nights later, I took her to Patara, a "fine Thai cuisine" restaurant off of Thong Lo. The food was fantastic, an adjective that also describes how she looked that night. I highly recommend the restaurant. The bill for two came to about 1500 baht (we did order a number of dishes). The katooey I saw in here didn't look like a post op. I would put money on it. If that was the case I think that is just plain evil. I was in there briefly last month around New Year's (can't remember whether it was before or after, probably before), didn't see much of interest (e.g. spinners or dental floss). Mura must have barfined them all.

Walked in here the other night and had a deja vu type experience. One go-go a few years back I walked into and the stage was full of spinners. As I walked in and glanced at the stage two words came to me "spinner heaven". All of the ten girls on stage were spinners. My party of four grabbed a seat and enjoyed ourselves. Mandarin has remained one of my favourite go-go bars for years, although it can be somewhat hit or miss. At the moment it is a hit!

Not every one was totally cute, but without prompting a waitress brought over the cutest and her friend, and I was lost. Quoted 2000B ST and 3000B LT, plus 600B barfine. Went for LT and Meen was a total darling and enthusiastic.

Sort of an early night. I have to say I liked that. We were back to the hotel by 10:30pm, and exhausted and in bed by midnight. I had a great sleep and was up for another round at 8:30AM the next morning. She was gone by 10AM and I made the free breakfast buffet. Good times, and nice to be on a normal schedule, which I don't always manage on this sort of trip.

Still a good bar and plenty of talent. First night I walked in the place was packed. So it seems the secret may be out about this hidden gem of a bar. Check it out.

Pattaya addicts members have been saying Mandering has been closed for a couple of days with the sign above.

From stickmans the Mandarin is still open, all dancers are upstairs while down is being refurbished.

I always saw stickman email readers responses a bunch of stick suck ups, a contributor actually had something to say. He said that 20 years ago manderins second floor was open the girls had schoolgirl skirts on with nothing underneath dancing
on the top glass floor.

There were two private booths that could be closed of for privacy, then after about 15 years the contributer says it started to go downhill when they closed the booth and the upstairs and got coyotes in, I say it went down hill when governments around the world started sticking there judgmentall Christian beliefs in. Other that still a great place to visit.
