12/10/2005: I was told that this new club will be opening next week. It is the old Lipstick location with a major facelift at the street entry including pillars and a fancy sidewalk.

Considering how fast things get built in Mexico and the current state, I figure it will take another month before they are ready to operate. At least there is some sign of new life or new drug money in the border scene.

Alex told me about this place as well.

He gave me a specific date in Jan. (don't remember) that it would open. Also said they are currently recruiting new girls from all over Mexico. I'm sure he wouldnt lie to me about that.

Rafael who sold tickets in Boleiro is one of the own of this club. He quit couple months ago to get this club going. His father has a taco stand near Lord Black. This might start some price competition among the TD clubs.

Any club not owned by TD's is welcome news in my book...

I was in Nogie yesterday at Boliero (sp) and thought I would let you all know there is a new club going to open next week called "Club 69". It is on the street behind Blacks and Bolieros--to the east I think. From what I was told it should be very very nice. Let me know if anyone goes--I plan on driving down from tucson when they open.

Nogales is shit.

Stopped by this club last Friday. A lot of the crew from Boleiro is now working there. If you think the prices are going to be better than the other DT's you are in for a shock. It is going to cost you even more than Lord Black, Placers, and Boleiro. The cost to club is going to be $90 to the club for FS when it is $70 for the other three. Then you have to pay for the girls on top of the house fee. Everythings else is higher too. It is nicer than the other clubs but who want to help them paid it off in couple of months! The girls are the same that worked in the other clubs before. I am waiting for someone to get crushed under the elevator their rigged up for the VIP room upstairs.

I went there the first weekend it opened and posted my impression in another NOGI thread.

The club is very nicely decorated, but they were playing the fucking music at about 150 decibels and it was intolerable even though I was was wearing some very good foam earplugs at the time.

The club had one cute little spinner that gave me one of the lamest $10 US dances that I have ever had in NOGI and the other girls were far from prime.

What I found most annoying was the 25 guys (waiters, doormen, security, etc) trying to suck a living out of about 15 girls.

I did not investigate the pricing because I just wanted to get out of that place before permanent hearing damage set in.

The club is run by fucking idiots and the sooner it goes bankrupt the sooner somebody with a brain can take over.

Just go to La Conga. Prices have never changed.

I think maybe I'll save my money and just run down further south one of these days. Asia may be a long term goal. I like'm both.

Visited this club for the first time last night. My impression is that they're trying to be the new high class club in town, what with all the marble, tile, etched glass railings, etc. Admittedly, it does look better than the other clubs in town. But the tall straight-back chairs they have are horrible - most uncomfortable things I've ever sat in. I moved to one of the short-back chairs after about 2 mins. They did have one looker dancing on stage when I strolled in. Unfortunately, they also had a crowd of gringos standing around the stage throwing money at her.

I did stay long enough to chat briefly with one girl there, but the guy/gal ratio was so out of whack I didn't stay long. And I wasn't foolish enough to waste my time asking about prices for extras, as I'm sure they want to charge prices commensurate with the image they're trying to project (a previous poster already mentioned there prices were even higher than the other places).

A welcome change in Nogi? Not in my book...

It is humorous to me that someone spent so much money trying to make this place plush. LB and Placer's were both fairly nice when they first opened, IMO. But they haven't been maintained. So now someone comes along and pumps some money in S69GC. But it will probably be no different. In a year it will just be another run down Nogales club.

Personally, I would not shed a tear if the entire Nogales scene just died.

You know what, this is an interesting post from Demoniaco. 8-10 years ago, the waiters were a great help in finding your special girl for you. They were great. I can't even count how many nights I they helped me. How many nights did a bunch of us meet at Cherry's? How many 1000s or 10,000s of $$ did we spend there? They had a great business. But them days are over - no one is interested in providing a good time and build a customer base. The whole focus is about ripping you off right now. Since I've stopped crossing the border Demoniaco I've learned the world is a very small place and there are girls all it that love to provide that special experience for you without ripping you off. I'll go back to Nogi when the waiters and girls figure out they are not competing for my $ with the girls and waiter from Placers, Cherry's, or Lipsticks, but from 4x4, Luomo, LVD, Troi, or any of a 1000 different places just a few hours plane ride away. Anyway, glad you had a good time.

The girls know the waiters are the ones that put a good word for them, and if the waiters dose not like the girl they will not take them to you. and I bet your just a stupid white guy, thats why you don't have any luck in nogales. Next time when you go to a TD place shake your waiter's hand and talk to him. I did that and i only pay $140 for the girl and that guy dint disturbed me at all i had extra time with her. and i fucked her 3 time.

Why the fuck would I waste time going to Nogales? If I did, why would I waste time talking to some fucking waiter in a clip joint? Some of us play in the major leagues guy, Nogales is shitty even for Mexico and Mexico is about as shitty as it comes.

Well theres Obsession and Boleros. Boleros is ok a bit dark, it's private VIP rooms are nice their down stairs. Boleros has a couch in the VIP, they have two next to the change room of the girls. But the only thing i don't like about Boleros is that as soon as you seat down they try to get you buy any girl a drink and most of the girls are pushy right away for a private dance. Don't get me wrong some are nice.

As for Obsession its nice too they have multiple poles and play good music. The VIP room is a full sice room it has a futon it nice.

Catocony - You are right about Nogales. I was there last Thursday and Friday night. Business is really slow now. It is down to three clubs near the boarder. The waiter will bring you who ever you asked for! The girls don't give them any money for this. If you take a girl to the VIP then the boletaro get a cut from the club. The club want a certain amount for a session and the girls get the rest. So for example, Obsession wants $60 and the girl get the balance. It got nothing to do with what the waiters do or don't do. It is all up to the girl what she will take for the session. How do I know this, I know all the managers when they were waiters. It cost less than then couple years ago. In Obsession, most girls will do it for $120. You can always get their phone number and asked them if they want to meet outside of work hours where you pay them directly and cut the club fee out. The club fee is high for a shitting little room without bed or shower!

Went to studio 69 last sat.My plans changed and I could not go at night.Got there about 3:30 pm.There were about 5 girls there ranging from 5s to 7s.No other customers in place but me that was fine with me.I was greeted by mgr Robert he spoke good english not to pushy also waiter juan also spoke good english.Found a 25 year old spinner that spoke no english so I had to speak to her in my so so spanish no problem.Was 140 for as long as it took they told me,well it took about an hour and no one bothered us most likely because no one was waiting for the vip room.Ok the vip room is on second floor,good size room with sectional type booth and bathroom.that worked fine for me.They take you up in an open elevator and leave the elevator up for privacy.The place is allot nicer than when it was Lipstick.I guess the plus for going in the day was no cover 1st beer was 1 dollar 2nd and 3rd beer cost 2 dollars each and no competition for girls or vip room.All in all girl worked really hard and I would like to go back at night to check it out.

Friday Afternoon, I had to get some travel documents at border station, so made early afternoon crossing. Nogales is almost a distant memory. I was there a few weeks ago and there were only 3 clubs still open. Obsessions, Club 69 and Beleros. Club 69 was the only one with decent looking girls. The prices for everything keeps going up. Club 69 wanted to charge me $160 for a girl but I passed. I just had a couple beers at each remaining club and left for home. I wouldn't waste your time. Many restaurants and stores are closed. It is a sad sight.
