I intended to write this report much earlier, but life got in the way. I at least wanted to get it started by the first half of 2018 (the trip was in January) so here it is. My notes got a bit scrambled, so I may add edits/corrections later.

Preparation

Unlike Thailand or the Phillipines, Indonesia is more of what I would consider an "intermediate" destination for hobbying, primarily because of an increased language barrier, many people will not speak English. This section is a reminder to myself, and suggestions for others, on what to do/know/prepare before the trip.

Airport code is CGK.

Download the local Gmail map for Jakarta on your cellphone to help get around in case you have any problems with cell service there or forget to unlock your phone. For me, I also downloaded local maps for the MapsMe app and both on an unlocked backup cellphone as well. I'll be provided GPS coordinates in this report, so you can mark locations on your cell maps in advance.

Install(update) the Grab app on your phone. Grab is the equivalent of Uber in parts (most?) of Asia.

Standard voltage is 230V and power sockets are C and F.


Bring condoms and pocket-sized packets of lubricant. I don't normally bring lubricants on trips, but I will in the future after my first night experience listed below.

Bring at least 2 debit cards and notify all banks of your travel plans. Even when I did this, Bank of America shut down one of my cards and due to some ridiculous identifiation verification (asking a stupid question an average person would likely not know) I was unable to unlock it until I returned to the US and had to do it in person at the bank. Citibank actually also shut down a card, but their verification process was reasonable and I got it unlocked, it was still a pain to call the international number. Bring extra cash just in case!

Bring/save copies of information you need on your laptop because sites such as this are not accessible in Indonesia! You can probably get around this using a VPN, I need to do this before my next trip. I haven't used a VPN yet, but a friend of mine suggested VYPR.

Currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) - Today's rate is approximately 14,000 rupiah to the dollar. Here's are some sample approximate conversions.
$10.00 = 140,000 rupiah
$25.00 = 350,000 rupiah
$50.00 = 700,000 rupiah
$75.00 = 1,050,000 rupiah
$100.00 = 1,400,000 rupiah

Make sure your cellphone is unlocked and capable of running on the networks in Indonesia. I need to do a little more research on this, but I know you'll want one that's capable of running on a GSM network (AT&T or TMobile here in the US). My primary GSM phone, a mid-range LG phone would not work, I had to install the card in my backup ZTE phone. I believe I got a Telkomsel card (GSM-900/1800 (GPRS, EDGE), 2100 MHz UMTS, HSPA.) My friend had recommended I get the card upon arrival at the airport, but my flight was late and King Cellular was closed. I got a card the next day at a place called Lucky Cellular for 200,000R/$14 in an electronics mall across from the Novetel.

ATMS are available at the airport and I was able to withdraw 3,000,000R/$214. ATMS in the city will often have lower withdrawal limits, 2,000,000/$142, I believe.

Taxi to my hotel, the Grand Mercure Harmoni, was 300,000R/$21. This was a good place/area for me to stay for at least the first night because it's walking distance to Malio Club, meaning I didn't have to figure out the taxi system or Grab on arrival and was able to get checked in and to the club immediately upon arrival.

Friday Night Arrival

My flight arrived late, so I was unable to get a SIM card at the airport as a friend of mine suggested, but I got one the next day. I withdrew 3,000,000R/$214 at one of the ATMS and paid 300,000R/$21 for a taxi to the Grand Mercure Harmoni. I was in and out within 20 minutes, destination Malio Club. From the Grand Mercure Harmoni, exit left/south until you reach Dunkin Donuts and cross the street. Make sure you go to the club near the back/left side and not the spa near the front.

Friday night at Malio Club was mind-blowing. There were at least 150 ladies, probably a lot more, with many 8's, 9's, and some 10's. An English-speaking mamasan found me and explained the system to me. Ladies were available for different levels, 400,000/900,000/1,100,000/3,000,000 ($29/$64/$79/$214). I soon found my friend. One caveat, my friend explained that the top level was for dancers and sessions weren't guaranteed as the 3,000,000 technically only covered 20 drinks, she could still decide she didn't want to session. I'm not sure how common declines are.

The dancers were mouth-watering, but I wasn't willing to pay over $200 US, and especially if the session wasn't guaranteed, but I found a beauty in the 400,000R/$29 range. I had to pay a little extra for the room, according to my notes, that was not standard. I'll try to confirm that.

The session with Mia was a blast*. She didn't give a blowjob, but she was a good and passionate kisser. She pulled me into BBFS which I've almost never done, but she was difficult to resist. I pulled out before I came.

Classic on a good night (old days) had 150 and I've been to Malio several times including this year and in order to get 150 girls in you have to pack every sofa and upstairs. Usually its only the sofa on the right side as you walk in the main doors.
Prime time is around 11:30pm-12am and with all the sofa's packed at the usual right side. Most is around 30-35 and about 15 stage girls with 3 shifts. I've seen 45-50 at it's peak.

8,9,10? I only see 4,6 and few 7's most in their late 20's

Metal, Mia was only one out of 8 that wanted sex without a condom, but it was my first impression of Jakarta ladies and the first time I had condomless sex with a working lady in over 15 years, so the condom issue was on my mind a lot. My friend told me that some of the ladies might do condomless sex because the condoms are dry and they are not lubricated enough, hence my plan to bring lube. The condoms were clearly not of very good quality. I'm not sure about bringing ladies back, it's not something I generally do anywhere I go unless I have to. Maybe one of the others that visit can chime in.

Ceenotes, I have no personal experience what talent is generally like other than that night and one other night that was slow (to be covered later, the visit was brief and selection and talent was mediocre), but I can say without a doubt that my Friday experience was nothing like you described when I was there.

I arrived around midnight on a Friday night and was there a few hours, 3am or 4am was when I left, after my session. I circled downstairs and upstairs several times and sat at a table for at least 30 minutes before finding my friend. I spent some of that time trying to come up with a good estimate. The stage was large and packed, there were at least 30-35 ladies per set and I knew there were at least 2 sets. The couches around the entire bottom were packed and most of the small tables on all sides of the club were taken as well. At least 4 of the couch areas were all ladies, with at least 10 ladies in each of these groups (the mamasan brought me to 3 of them, I chose Mia from the third group) The place was packed with groups of guys and many of the groups had at least a few ladies with them. The upstairs wasn't that busy, but there were at least 15 ladies up there alone. That meant at least 60 dancers + 40 in all-lady groups + 15 upstairs + many sitting with guys to come up with a rough figure of 130. I made what I thought was a lowball estimated guess on the number of ladies in the bathroom or in sessions and assumed I may have had double counted some ladies that had moved as I walked around.

Regarding the attractiveness of the ladies, I picked Mia from the bottom tier group, she was the most attractive of the bunch, but still the lowest tier. I'd consider her to be an 8 in the photos I posted and she looked better in person. Opinions are subjective but I doubt many people would consider her below a 7. Some of the dancers I saw were significantly hotter but I wasn't willing to spend that much or risk being declined. Most of the ladies I saw were less attractive than Mia, so most of the ladies were below an 8, but the volume was high enough that I still said "many" 8's, 9', and 10's.

It was easy because I think I was able to enter New Sari Ayu directly, if not that it was one of the other venues.

Sari Ayu also had one I was planning on looking for in the future. The other venues had some I liked as well, but they didn't stand out as much.

There were plenty of taxis around, but my friend wanted to find one of the non price-gouging Bluebird taxis which seemed to be in short supply at the time. We waited for one for at least 10 minutes before finally ordering an Uber. (I think it was an Uber, not Grab, my friend ordered it.) Destination: Hotel Travel.

Hotel Travel (CH Link) had an incredible number of ladies available when we arrived. The mamasans here were super aggressive, making for a surreal experience with their green laser pointers constantly pointing at seated ladies directing them to come up to us. It was nonstop for a while. I couldn't help thinking about Star Wars during this time. If someone captured video of this and edited laser blast sound effects into it, it would be freaking hilarious!

I'm not a fan of having ladies pushed on me, particularly when I haven't had a chance to look around, so I declined a few that were actually quite attractive. That didn't quite seem to work out in my favor, as other guys were also streaming in and the better looking ones were getting snatched up. By the time I got around to see the entire place, which seemed huge, the excellent quality of selection seemed noticably diminished. Both my friend and I had a little difficulty deciding.

I finally found a beauty strutting around in a fashion favorite of mine, red top and daisy dukes. Taking her upstairs for 350k/$25 Us was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, my beautiful 9 turned into a cute 7 in the brighter light of the room. Defe was friendly, funny, and had a great personality, but the session seemed too professional. For dinner, my friend brought me to a place called Jolisteak. I couldn't help but picture a kind of corny fast food steak version of the Philippino Jollibee, but Jolisteak seemed to be a normal sitdown steak restaurant with good prices. It wasn't fancy, but it was busy and the food was good.

After dinner we found a taxi to our next destination, Hotel Classic.

After Travel..I eat at the lobby of the hotel next door. Pretty good indo food and its the same menu as the club but 30% cheaper at 3X faster. Since I'm in Jakarta..I like to eat local food at least once a day either lunch or dinner. I personally like Indonesian food over Thai and Jakarta blows BKK away in international dishes.

Last time I walked by "Up in Smoke" restaurant on my way to dinner and it smelled like Austin TX. On my to-do list.

There are two separate clubs in Hotel Classic, one is on the second floor (CH Link), and the other is on the top floor (CH Link), 5th I believe. I'm not sure if they should be considered two different places. I'll just call it one. I know at least one of my selections worked in both places on different nights. It's possible they may even work both the same night. I'm not sure.

We started off on the second level. Entrance was 50k/$4 US. There were a lot of potential picks here, but no one that I had to have. There was some pressure from the mamasans here as well, but not quite as bad as Hotel Travel. It didn't take as long for them to finally leave us alone. The selection didn't seem quite as nice as Hotel Travel, but I liked this place more.

We then made our way to the top level. I'm not sure if we had to pay cover, I believe we did, but if so I left the mention and cost out of my notes. The top level had a similar level of selection, but I didn't like the layout as much. Many of the ladies were seated on bleacher-type seats and were harder to see up close. The middle of the room was also filled with tables that were fairly close together and made it a hassle to walk through. There was also a lot more annoying smoke filling the place.

One of the ladies my friend liked didn't look that impressive to me from the bleachers, but when he called her down, I was blown away. He ended up taking her to the room and I still had no idea who else to go for, so we arranged to meet up later. I normally don't go for ladies my friends do, but this one made my list to come back for, assuming I didn't find other, more extravagent beauties in the coming days.

At this point, talent seemed to be drying up again. I ended up returning to the second floor where I picked out a lady I had seen earlier. Her name was Nimas. Near the hotel, there were a couple of what appeared to be gorgeous ladies on scooters being peddled by an older couple. I didn't partake in any street talent this trip, but they would defintely be in consideration if I saw them in the future. Then again, with so many places in Jakarta and a greater possibility of a bad session from street talent, I'm not sure I'll ever take that step.

My friend was off to his next destination the next day, so the rest of the trip I'd be on my own. I had plenty of info and places to still see.

Ceenotes, I'm not very good at keeping notes on nor remembering particular session details, but I think I generally remember to note BBBJ whenever provided. If that was the case on this trip, it was not a high success rate, although I usually don't ask specifically for BBBJ, either. My friend does, and since that's generally one of his requirements, I'm pretty sure his is very high.

According to my notes, I only received BBBJ from Sara and an upcoming lady from Starmoon. That seems about right since those were 2 of my top 3 sessions and Mia at Malio didn't give a BJ at all.

The first place I ran across was Sumo, but I didn't go in yet. I saw a place called Delta where I thought King Cross was supposed to be, but I passed by that as well. I chose MTR 2 Lounge as my first stop.

They also happened to be friends and were sitting together in the same group. 401 was Amoy, she was the hotter one, but #551, Elma, was cute and seemed more animated. I couldn't decide yet, so I paid my bill. The staff added 30k/$2 to my 40k/$3 drink order for tax and service.

My best guess is that I did and couldn't believe it was worth it. I didn't like the setup of Sumo. I was seated at a table in the back where some band was performing. The ladies seemed to be available, but only paid attention to their phones or the band or each other. I saw one that looked very attractive, but she was in what looked to be a private section and appeared occupied. The mamasan here suggested one lady, but they were all seated significantly far away and I really couldn't see any of them that well. I stayed a few songs and left.

I made my way back to King Cross. I'm not sure if I had to pay the cover again, but I believe so. For some reason, they directed me to the 3rd floor which was like a disco. It was difficult to see because of the darkness up there. I saw a few that were worth considering, but I still liked the pair I saw earlier better and I couldn't find them up there. I finished my drink and headed back to the ground floor.

I ended up going for the cute face and better personality. Elma was expressive and looked even prettier after I picked her, but I ended up being disappointed in my body. Before we even started she was asking for a tip, that was annoying. She gave a decent BJ, for covered, but I didn't like the sex that much. At least she made up for it a little with a great massage afterwards.

Elma set me back 700k/$50. I gave her an additional 200k/$14 for a tip.

Sunday: Part 2

After catching a Grab to the Hotel Classic, I headed straight for the top floor, but I couldn't find it. I ran across some closed doors and thought it might not be open, so I headed back to the one on the 2nd floor. There was no cover to get in on Sunday and the club was much less busy. The mamasans were also not aggressive. I looked around for a bit but didn't find anyone better looking than my target, so I used Google translate to ask one of the mamasans about the top floor. She confirmed it was open and gave me rough directions on how to get there.

The top floor talent was very thin. I waited around for a while hoping to find my prize, but no luck. I didn't see anyone I liked, so I headed back to the 2nd to find an alternative.

As luck would have it, the lady I was looking for on the 5th was now working on the 2nd. I called her over and we tried to speak, but it was very difficult as she spoke practically no English. About all I got from her was that her name was Dera. She didn't seem as friendly as the other night but I decided to give her a shot despite what my friend had said. I didn't mention this earlier, but while we were eating at the end of the night, he filled me in on how the session was with Dera. He said her body was much less impressive out of her clothes and that the session wasn't that great, either.

The tight, curvy body I saw was an illusion, more so than average. The session wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good, either. Oh well, it only set me back 350k/$25.

I caught a Grab back to the hotel where I called BofA about my card. They asked some ridiculous security questions that I think most people wouldn't not and ended up blocking my card with no recourse besides coming into the bank with ID, and as a reminder, this is despite the travel notification I had placed.

I still had Citibank, but I was a little nervous about having just the one card. Oh well, nothing I could do about it and I only had a couple days left.

Sundays are the absolute worst day for mongering in Jakarta. It's the "family" day for the locals, so many girls take the day off. Numbers are thin in most all the venues compared to other days of the week. It's definitely a "low expectations" day.

Thats too bad about covered BJ's. One of the few places in Asia where a girl might even consider that. Last time I was in JKT was a long ass time ago but I never used a condom for any type of sex. One of the higher recommendations my friend gave for me to visit, knowing my tastes, was Colosseum/1001 Nights. Is this the same as the thread on Alexis Club as well? Anyhow, the multiple names was confusing me and knowing there might be some issues with English, I emailed my friend for some more specifics on finding the place. He instructed me to the left side of the Hotel 1001 near the back and ask for "The Pool".

I Grab'd it over to 1001, walked past the Colosseum Club, and asked for "The Pool". Staff directed me to the elevator, 3rd floor. Cover was 200k/$14 which would be applied to the cost of my lady if I chose one. They did a photo/security thing here which they didn't do at any other place I visited, they placed small, circular orange stickers over the front and rear cameras of both my personal and work phones.

The talent here was impressive, but I was actually less impressed than what I saw the first night at Malio Club. The initial impression was great, but as I sat, I realized that the ratio of top looking ladies to others really wasn't that great and was mostly due to fancy dress attire and carefully done makeup. The hottest lady I saw the entire trip was clearly here, though.

The ladies sat in rows and were divided by price and region. Russians and Chinese were the most expensive at 2.7 million/$193. Vietnamese ladies ran 2.5/$179. Local Indonesians were 2.3 million/$164. The Vietnamese were easily the most attractive group with 4 or more I'd consider a 9 or higher. There were only 2 Chinese, they were attractive, but not worth the price. The locals looked no better than those I found in the less expensive places, so also not worth the price. The Russians were older and below average, only one was even within doable range for any price, and she didn't really appear to have a pleasant personality.

The absolute stunner of the entire place was Vietnamese. She was definitely in a class of her own and could easily pass as a top model or actress. She wasn't in the stands long before she got snatched up by another visitor. They sat together for a while before going up, and it didn't seem as though she'd be returning anytime soon, I was told the prices I was quoted was for 90 minutes. I probably wouldn't have gone with her anyways given the extreme price differential and a slightly decresed libido from my sniffles or whatever it was. I ended up leaving without picking anyone, but this place will be one of my first visits the next time I'm in Jakarta.

I had a couple ladies from Starmoon and New Sari Ayu on my mind and some research in the area to do, so I headed to Kotah Inda next.

When I found Mawan, #55 at Starmoon, I didn't hesitate even though I still hadn't checked out New Sari Ayu yet. I made a good choice because Mawan was my best session thus far. She seemed a little reserved at first, but she turned into an animal in the room. We kissed a lot, she gave an excellent long BBBJ, and felt divine. The session set me back 550k/$39 since I ended up giving her a 200k/$14 tip.

I only peeked in Astro for a little bit. It looked like another karaoke place. All the ladies were gathered in the back and I didn't want to walk past the people singing to find out.

I used Grab to make a pitstop at my hotel before heading back out. I attempted to use my Citibank card to get more money...declined. I grabbed some US dollars I had and found a currency exchange place near my final stop for the day, Illigals.

The Illigals Spa is located in the Illigals hotel. Cover here was 141k/$10. I liked the layout here. I ended up using the pool here to cool down. There weren't too many ladies here, I think maybe 20 or so, but there were definitely a few in range, although the price was a little high for the level of talent. The opening quote was 1.2 million/$86, but the mamasan was willing to come down to 916k/$65, maybe more if I pressed her. I liked a lady named Sophie who had a great face and boobs, but she had a slight stomach. I ultimately decided against taking her. I probably would have gone if I wasn't concerned about my remaining funds.

I called Citibank before I turned in for the night. Fortunately, that went well and I could withdraw more cash for my last day.

Are you sure about the local prices at 1001? It was always around $100USD even at Alexis. It's quite high comparing it to an import.

I never checked out illegal's spa...never knew it existed..darn it. I've been to the disco several times.

Debit cards - if you attempt to make a withdraw when you've already pass your cards daily limit, high chance they will freeze it. Happen to me years ago. Also in Jakarta I just stick to HSBC which never let me down. Half of the local banks don't work on my card.

Ceenotes, I'm not certain but I believe I noted that correctly. I remember thinking that I couldn't believe the prices for locals were so high. It's possible that in between the time I was told the prices and I made the notes on my phone that I got the numbers wrong. It also may be possible I was quoted a non-standard price as a foreigner.

PS. I asked at the beginning if this was the same as the Alexis Club topic. I assume this is a yes? Is that like an official name or some kind of nickname?

Regarding the debit card and daily limit, it's also helpful to remember that the day you are withdrawing is based on your bank's US hours, so different days in Jakarta/Asia might be the same day to your bank. Well, I should say I believe this to be true, can anyone else confirm?

Tuesday: Part 1

I wanted to be able to say I did something in Jakarta since I don't discuss hobbying with others, so I finally did some touristy things on my last day. My first stop was a flea market mentioned in one of those "things to do" lists you can find for every city. I got there via Grab. It was mostly leather goods, antiques, and assorted junk. I saw some bags and other luggage that may have been worth buying, but I decided against it. The street the market was on seemed very long, there were a lot of little shops I walked by.

My next stop was also from a list, it was the Istiqlal Mosque, the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. I didn't go in, I just walked around a bit and took pictures from the outside. I was itching to get back to hobbying.

I Grab'd it back to the hotel to shower before I continued my research.

My friend had mentioned an area called Roku Robinson as one of the places I might want to check out, so I headed there. He helped me locate it on my mapping app. The area was next to Great Asia hotel, so I ordered a Grab to that. After walking down a couple streets, I ran across the first place, Peach Blossom.

Griya Sehat has a cover charge of 90k/$6, but it goes toward session cost if you pick a lady. They had full, complicated menus of their services at the front desk, complete with massage only and full service options. I paid the cover and went in.

There were about 12 ladies in the lounge area, a few of them were cute, but all except one had extra weight. They also had photos of the ladies running on a video monitor. A papasan also showed me some on his phone. The hottest ones, of course, weren't there.

The one skinny lady was also pretty, but she didn't seem to smile much. I ended up picking her for a massage only.

Prices, by the way, were 210k/$15 for massage and 630k/$45 for full service. There were other options according to the menu, but those seemed to be the basic ones.

I forgot to notate her name, but the lovely lady I picked was friendly and tempting to do a full session with. However, I had more places to visit so I decided to save my load(s) for hotter options.

If prices were that close at Alexis, locals wouldn't make any money. Everyone would pay an extra $14 for a foreign right? They usually keep locals around $100 USD.

Yes, debit cards based on US banking hours. I usually pull 30K THB on arrival at the airport and one time I went out the same night not bringing enough baht's so I tried the ATM which declined and blocked it. No worries...I just called the next morning for security questions and reactivated.

Jakarta local bank ATM's are a joke. I stick with HSBC and make multiple pulls as they offer 3M limits at 100K notes.

Tip: when you come out of passport control at CGK. You will see and HSBC and ANZ bank machines on the right side.

I finished writing this report last month, but took a break from hobbying and forgot to post this. I'm back in and planning my next trip. I also have reports on several countries in the works, the next being Colombia which I'll be starting shortly. For now, here's the final installment for this trip.

Tuesday: Part 2

My next stop was Bingtang Mawar. I really didn't have much info on the place besides a vague mention from my friend. I actually still don't have much info. It was easy to find at least. I mapped it out before going. It was about a block away from Hotel Olympic. I was expecting something like Peach Blossum, but the place I walked into was a large, dark, loud, club-like place. There was a mamasan there, but she spoke zero English and I couldn't get any information at all from her. One of the ladies that was available tried to help out, I got a price quote of 425k/$30US, but nothing else. There were some attractive options, but I really didn't like the atmosphere and had other places on my list, so I didn't bother hanging around.

Lokisari Plaza was also nearby. This was supposedly a place to find streetwalkers. I saw a few, but they were few, older, and not very attractive. It was 8pm on a Tuesday, so maybe it was just a bad time.

Next was Emporium. I liked this place but didn't end up choosing a lady here. It seemed more of an upscale place somewhere between Illigals and Colosseum, but not as pricy as the later. I had to pay an entrance fee of 200k which would have went to cost if I picked someone. There were two categories of ladies here, the lower tier was 1065k and the upper tier was 1265k. There were several hot ladies in both categories. I noted the hours as 2pm-2am. I easily could have chosen someone here, but I would have had to visit an ATM first. I decided to head back to Kota Indah instead, I wanted to find a lady I saw previously at New Sari Ayu, and I could session there and still have enough for my cab ride the next day without visiting an ATM.

Talent at New Sari Ayu was ok, but unfortunately I couldn't find who I was looking for. No one else really grabbed my attention at Grand LA, either. Royals had a tall, stacked beauty that was working outside of the box. The papasan told me she was some kind higher tier lady and the price would be 600 for her. I exchanged hellos with her. I would have easily paid it if she had a better personality, but she seemed uninteresting. I stopped at MTR and didn't see anyone I really liked there, either. I did another round at each location but no one new had my interest.

At lack of a better option, I ended up with another lady my friend had done, her name was Jessie at Grand LA. She was pretty with high energy and a good actress, but her body was skinnier than I normally like and her technique was just average, actually below average compared to my other sessions in Jakarta. I'm sure it's just coincidence, but the bottom two sessions in terms of quality ended up being the ones where I picked my friend's choices. I think he had a better time with this one, though. At least it only set me back 490/$35 (requested tip included).

I didn't want to end on a medicore session and had enough money for another, so I popped a Cialis and found a beauty I didn't notice earlier at Royal. Wilda was pretty with amazing boobs and some nice curves. She ended up not being very sensual, but she was still better than Jessie and her body made up for technique.

After catching a Grab back to the Harmoni, I saw the street walkers on the bikes nearby again. They looked amazing and I was tempted, but I didn't have enough money without visiting the ATM again and figured a street session would be more likely to not be enjoyable. I called it a night and spent most of the last bit of my rupiah on the 200k cab ride in the morning.

Overall an incredible trip, I'll definitely be back and will almost certainly session from spots I didn't pull from this trip, most notably 1001/Pool, Emporium, and Illigals. I'll also try to figure out Bintang Mawar and hit some other places I missed.
