MIRAFLORES
Business travelers will likely operate out of San Isidro, but for the P4P hobbyist and the general tourist, Miraflores is the recommended base of operation as the safest district with the most tourist friendly businesses. The two hotels I recommended are in Miraflores on opposite ends of Parque Central and Parque Kennedy. San Ramon, often referred to as Calle Pizza or Pizza Alley, is also here. Many souvenir shops and internet cafes are located nearby, with at least two of the iCafes open 24 hours. At the end of Avenida Larco towards the ocean and opposite the Marriot is the popular LarcoMar, a semi-hidden mall facing the ocean.
The following P4P options in Miraflores are listed by recommendation in descending order.
Tequila Rock - Diez Canseco 146, near the 400 block of Ave. Larco: Although often complained about by regulars as an overpriced tourist trap, Tequila Rock has a low cover charge, reasonably priced ladies drinks, no exit fee, and the most flexible operating hours. Cover ranges from 10 soles to 20 soles depending on the night ($3-$6 USD). Ladies working out of here are freelancers. Most will quote $100 USD for a night of fun, but the price is negotiable and all-inclusive, unlike the nightclubs that have significant exit fees. Tequila Rock opens earlier and closer later than the nightclubs and you'll often see ladies that were unsuccessfully at their respective clubs end up here. Persistant child beggars will whine for money if you leave very late, but will eventually leave you alone. Taxis waiting outside offer an escape from the street urchins, but may charge a premium even for a short distance, so negotiate beforehand or walk a bit to flag a cab off the street.

Platinum - Ave. Paseo de la Republica 4939, two blocks south of Angamos Este: Like most nightlubs, you'll be hit up front with a 80 soles ($25 USD) cover. Expect your final costs to be anywhere from $60-$100 USD over whatever price you negotiate with a lady should you choose one. Although a small number of ladies on my two visits here, I found the quality of the ones available to be generally good. They do not see to get many customers at all, but apparently enough to have some nice ones working and stay in business. A second floor level offers additional privacy and the option of a decent short-time room. The San Isidro nightclubs or Club 69 in Surquillo should probably be visited before Platinum.

Hotel Bruce Spa - Hotel Spa Calle Jr. Bolognesi No. 181-191 on the corner of Ave. Jose Pardo: The cover charge to use these facilities is 40 soles ($12), double the rate of most other spas, but still not too bad a rate for unlimited use of their wet and dry spa. Massages will run another 40 soles, and additional services will add more on top of that. Ladies here were the best quality of all the massage parlors, hotel spas, and saunas I visited, but quoted higher prices accordingly. Opening quote from the lady I was with was over 400 soles ($123). This spa appears to be Chinese owned, and several attractive Chinese ladies were available in the lineup.

Banos Turcos Britania - Arica 221, 1.5 blocks from Hotel Bruce: Banos Turcos Britania is located in a small building a short distance from Hotel Bruce. Calle Bolognesi becomes Arica on the other side of Ave. Jose Pardo. I've only been here once. Two decent looking ladies were available at reasonable prices. Other daytime options are recommended.
