I looked into this and my crappy Blue Cross HMO claims it will cover me in member hospitals in Tijuana, Manila, Bangkok and many other forign cities. Hey, does anyone know where "Sanatorio San Francisco" is in Tijuana incase I get drunk and get ran over down there. Is that a real hospital or some kind of mental hospital?
