Travel Accident Insurance

Does anyone have this? Who sells it and what does it cost? What does it cover?
On a recent trip, I fell and cut myself, and hurt my back. I checked with my health insurance co and they pay next to nothing for accidents or illness outside of the country. Kinda scary.
