Did a little searchin' on the net and came up with this...I actually started searchin' for info on table dancing on Yahoo! in the Mexico section.... and came across this phrase in a Monterrey, MX newspaper: "Reglamento de Control del Ejercicio de la Prostitución" I then went to Google and punched in the above phrase and got all kinds of stuff from all over Latin America...MX, Argentina, Colombia, etc... So I put "Mexico" in front of the phrase and eliminated all the superfluous "de, del" stuff...and got about 5 hits. I then eliminated the word "Mexico" and replaced it with the word "Tijuana"...bingo! Check it out: http://www.tijuana.gob.mx/Reglamentos/22.html Especially refer to Article 4, Section 5... regarding a police committment to "control" public vice... This is a mandate and directive delineating the promulgated goals of the Tijuana Municipal Police, from a city government website, dated March 2000. Expect more heat... KRICO
