I found this website a few weeks ago. It is very well done. Other parts give you the history of TJ, maps and lists of phone numbers to hotel etc. In terms of the laws against prostitution, I have my serious doubts that something real will happen in the zona. The people who run the zona invest a lot of money recently and they probably know what is really going on in Tj and the law doesn't seem to mean the same to everybody in mx. Just remember, the official site also states that policemen are not supposed to receive any money, all fine can be paid by mail :)
