that kind of comment is just irresponsible, The US Constitition was upheld. That is why Al Gore is back to mending fences. Point out one way the US Constition was violated? Al & Daley had their day(s) in court and lost over and over and over. Then to top it off 1 moderate liberal and 2 huge liberals on the court voted against him.
