I find it a bit disturbing that you are not providing your respondents with their HIV test results. If they are positive, surely you could find a way within the rules of confidentiality to let them know, not only for their own sake, but as a public health measure. Condoms aren't foolproof. We know that some of them may choose to keep working and may not be able to get proper medical treatment, but they should at least have the option.
