Sports books, and betting on dog and horse races are legal, and are found in "Caliente", which there are a number of - a new one in the zona, one across from Peanuts & Beer on revolution, and one in the jai alai stadium on revolution. There are others in rosarito, and there are otehrs in different parts of tijuana. No casinos yet, but I have heard talk of some coming soon. Kendricks
