Smith's primary issue isn't age, it's the unnatural look that the surgery has left her with and that she promotes further with outlandish makeup and clothing choices. She's about 25-26 years old.

Smith has to be older than 25-26. I vaguely remember chatting with her back in 2001 or so and my thoughts at the time was she was in her mid-20s, I would think her real age is 30 or so at this point.

Brasilian girls seem to be about the only bunch from Central/South America who age fairly well. They all seem to have a kid in their teens but just have the smoking bodies well into their early 30s. BTW, I had heard some report state that Brazil is the number one locale for breast enhancement in the world or perhaps cosmetic surgery overall - and Rio higher on the list than L.A. if that could be believed. But that was a couple of years ago and I'm not looking it up.

I think Brazilians have more plastic surgery in general (procedures per capita) but fewer breast enhancements. I am recalling from the same report you refer to, I think. As sun worshipers they probably require nips & tucks to deal with superficial skin issues, as opposed to structural issues.

The subgroup in the population who indulge tend to do so frequently, which raises the 'total procedures' in the cited ratio. I can't remember whether the study compared the fraction of total citizens of various countries who had received plastic surgery.

Having said that, I also seem to remember that Brazilians were among the first to popularize butt implants, to achieve the desired aesthetic of relatively small bust and relatively big bunda.

As for plastic surgery, it does more good than bad. If that were not the case then it would not be so popular. The only concern is if the girls go to some cheap-ass Mexican doctor who learned how to do surgery in his garage.
