Some of these numbers may be a bit dated. Dollhouse (the main club) (CH Link) is now 2000/3000. Ditto for Atlantis (CH Link).

Barfined at Valhalla (CH Link) last night. They quoted 1600, which I thought I misheard as NOBODY is charging 1600 these days on Fields nighttime. Treasure Island (CH Link) wants 1500 by day on Santos and Perimeter is less, of course. But the main bar groups are all 1800 and above with most at 2k and up.

What is the exchange rate on the ground? $1USD = 40PHP?

Fucking Norma's is shortchanging again, second time in a week. When the rate at xe.com said 42.3 it was giving 41.9. Today the xe.com rate was 42.8 and I went over there with a thousand cash. They were only giving 42.3. They mumbled something about not having 'authorization" to give more. Bola bola!

Did you try any other money changers? Norma;s is convenient, but not worth being ripped off for.

Bwana, I've been warming up for our friend, getting myself back in shape for our inevitable meeting. She's still at Club Asia (CH Link) and I might be ready for her after a week here.
