It was P4P, but I did stand up a lingerie model in San Jose, Costa Rica. That's a new one for me, so that will be the title of my trip report.

It's Thursday afternoon and I head over to Idem (CH Link), which is supposed to have one of the better lineups for daytime incall. I had a good one here on my last trip. Hotel Del Ray and Sportsmens Lodge (CH Link) are the two main places for pulling chicas in San Jose. Mona Lisa just had a few chicas. The other places are incall, though you can get phone numbers for dates later.

On average the talent in San Jose is weak. About 15% of the chicas fall in the 8-9 range. Of these, some are hardened pros. So the odds are maybe 1 in 10 to find a good looking chica with a good price/service combo. While that may sound low, there are many working chicas, so you can usually find something good if you look enough.

In my case, I've done well and have enjoyed many beautiful women in San Jose. Over two recent trips I had several 8s and 9s. If you enjoy the hunt and have patience, you should do fine. Upfront negotiation on detals is important, especially at HDR where some are sharks. Going rate is still about $80/hour, some a little more or less.

Aside from the DDD I reported above, I pulled three other chicas from Hotel Del Ray.

Luisa. Tica, early twenties, pretty, brunette, B-cup. $80 for 1.5 hours. Good service.

Monica. Tica I think, early twenties, cute, great smile, hot slim and tan bod, B-cup. Friendly and upbeat. $70 for 1 hour. Good service, would repeat.

Sophie. Colombiana, early twenties, fresh attractive face, white skin, very hot bod, D-cup. $80 for 1 hour, after she relented. Back at my hotel she started well, doing a nice striptease, but the service after was not great. I think she was a bit of a germaphobe. She also mentioned at one point I was paying less than her usual fee. I think she hangs out with another chica from Medellin at HDR, a bit older with big tits and who came across as a shark. Sophie is a beautiful girl, but I cannot recommend her.

That was my assessment ten years ago. Not even as good as TJ was then. (Nor is TJ now for that matter.) Plus those people are more European (white); I didn't see any tan ones, which is my preference.

I will be returning to CR for something else and am wondering if I could get a nice little package like that to accompany me to the coast for about a week for, say, US $1000? Or $1500? A hardened pro is exactly what I don't want, and I don't want to spend more than two nights in San Jose trying to find one. Do you think this is realistic?

CO: I would say the money is realistic, but 2 days to find her.. ahh not so sure. You need to pick carefully when you plan on spending a week with one of these girls. They can become very bithchy over a few days and become a REAL pain in the ass. I would recommend picking the one with the best personality and one who seems most genuine. If you pick one on looks alone you could be in for a train wreck. Best to ask her to stay 2 or 3 days and then if you like her go the rest of the mile with her. Blazers- There is no set price for multi-hour. This is subjective and will depend on the chica and customer. The deal I made was $140 for several hours (which ended up being 4). I think that is probably down the middle: some would accept it, some would go for less, some would want more. In my own assessment, $140 for 4 hours was an excellent deal for the quality of chica I pulled.

Costar- I agree with Latinalover. $1000/week is doable but be prepared for more. Take her for a test drive first, if you can. And regardless, have an understanding either of you can pull the plug even after the first day, and agree on the exit terms. Given your limited time frame, you really need to connect with locals on the ground who can identify potential candidates. I can steer you to two locals who could help, if you promise to let me know how you made out (post or private msg), as I would be very curious. Deal?

Thanks for the writeup. I spent 18 days in CR this past Sept and Oct. My RT airfare was about $350 USD. Now the same dates are showing $600 and even $700 fares. Crazy.

I've pretty much decided that my days of taking long grueling trips across the Pacific Ocean are over. Father time is starting to mock me now.

CR is a pretty good and close destination. San Jose is easy to navigate on foot and prostitution is completely legal.

The Del Rey didn't excite me much, nor did the Sportsman's Lodge. New Fantasy had an abundance of good looking babes and a lack of clientele.

My favorite spots were the strip clubs. Really nice young stuff and wild lap dances. I did more grab ass than actual full service on my trip.
