I've been to Dominical this past year. There is MAJOR housing developments going in on the mountainsides surrounding that VERY small town. The coastal highway is now finished so you can drive there from San Jose on a nice road. Property values have soared in the past several years. Mike had this thing called 'vision', and the balls to follow his dream. Way to go Mike.
