Yeah. I went for my first time a year ago and now i've been there three times just in this last year so i have been there a few times. Only BKK though. Kinda seemed like other places where you just need a good location for your business. As far as owning things i am American and have been looking into those rules. But if you honestly think about it; do most people own the building in which they do there businesses here. No, i think most people lease don't they. So that i dont think would be all that different from here; as long as you made enough to cover the lease payments and made some profit. As far as a home i figured leasing isn't all that bad either. I think there mostly 30 year leases so it would be just like paying rent. I figured once i was there for a while though there is problably some good buy's you could get there for cheap. I also figured an open pool bar think problably would be better at first cause you could be open for longer hours. A long time ago i went to Costa Rica and we went to this town called Dominical. It a place to go surfing. Anyways there is this one guy there named Mike that pretty much started this whole little town. He wan from right here in the town i live in San Clemente. He just started his own little town i guess cause he owned everything we went in. We rented our house from him, ate in his restuarnt/bar. He even opened his own surf shop. I remember to the Bar at night had a few girls in it. I believe he is married to an Costa Rican girl nowadays. But that has to be harder then just starting a business and running it.
