I don't think very much of the TJ cops. I was picked up by them on Revolucion for walking with a working girl. When I reported my mugging to them they were assholes. Obviously they did not care. I also saw recently a cop car pull up behind an American sitting in his car double parked in front of AB. The cops hassled him for about 20 minutes. They took his license and went back and forth from the American's car and one of those patty wagon looking trucks that came to back the cops up. The American was calm for awhile, but later lost it and got mad. He ended up paying a "fine" and driving off. It was an obvious American shake down, because up and down the street were abandoned doubled parked Mexican cars.
