they also ask... if you have been a habitual drunkard? if you have knowingly commited a crime for wich you have not been arrested? recieved income from illeagal gambling? and several other really IMNSHO stupid, out dated questions about communism or being a Nazi. The INS is right there with the IRS as far as I'm concerned. Oh another funny one is on a Fiance or Marraige visa they ask if the person is related to you and to state the relation i.e. Cousin or Uncle...
