The following is pulled directly out of my recent trip report:

I'm convinced that the food poisoning is from the pork taco at the less-popular taco stand. But I ALWAYS eat at taco stands in Mexico with NEVER a problem before.

So I have a theory why it happened this time. I had taken 800mg of Cimetidine to boost the Viagra. Cimetidine's main purpose in life is to dilute stomach acid. But isn't our stomach acid one of the major walls of defense against an (ingested) bacterial attack?

In less someone can convince me otherwise, I'm never taking Cimetidine in Mexico again.

Any thoughts on this theory of mine? I never ever want to be sick like this again, especially when it means missing out on all that poontang.
