HM, Good idea. The only 'issue' with this is the problema if you get mugged. But, if you have the BillyPV special leg wallet, you should be fine. Personally, I carry a photo copy of my Passport ID page, a photo copy of my birth certifiicate and a CA ID. No big deal if I loose any of this stuff, and it's more ID than the INS can question.
