Newbie question from a vet: I've driven across into TJ at least 50 times, and on the last two crossings I got the red light for the first times ever, instead of the green "Pase" sign. I assumed this meant that I should pull over for inspection, but there was nobody waving me over or paying any attention to me, so wtf, I just kept on going and wasn't stopped or chased. The spanish word starting with "R" that appears on the red light is unknown to me, and didn't stick in my memory after the cerveza and chicas to go home and look it up and figure this out. Can someone explain how the hell I'm supposed to respond to this red light before I create an international incident? Gracias.
