The new ANGEL-WITCH will be located on Soi 15 just off Walking Street. Currently it is in a premature stage, but here are some photos to show you just how huge it will be. It's three times bigger than A-W BKK and three storeys high.

The building progress for the Angelwitch in Pattaya has been painfully slow. It was thought they could open by September, then October, then November and then December. Now a decision has been made for the first week in January. Everybody will have to wait until after New Year because they need to train Showgirls and organize many things to be operational. Now aiming for January 10th!

If that is the construction crew - no wonder it has taken so long. I hope those pics were taken a few months ago, otherwise I think early January is a bit on the optomistic side . lol

KM, a lot of people think it's WAY too big. It is not my headache but that place sure will take some filling with both BG's and guys. One BIG headache I'm pleased to say will not be mine, I will remain in BKK holding the fort. Pattaya is different clientele too, plus there are hundreds of bars to compete against. What's your opinion?

It's a fact that go gos seem to be sprouting up like weeds on Walking street. There are bars in places where there did not even used to be places really. The street is extending way back to the suburbs of Pattaya !
The pressure of competition has to be intense. The primo BG's will be commanding a hefty salary I'm sure as the bars will be bidding for their services. What brings in customers in the end is word of mouth that the hottest girls are availble.

Shows or gimmics are OK in the short term but the bar that consistently offers the highest quality pussy is the winner in the long run chai mai .

Yes exactly KM and that place will take some filling. They estimate 100+ BG's will be needed but competition for BG's is fierce. Diamond A-Go-Go is a good bar and they recently lost 50% of their staff. Last count there were 60+ Go-Go bars just on Walking Street. Also it is still not open and this is a worry...

The Pattaya Angelwitch is now open. It is a very large bar with some special shows and features in the bar that are quite unique. Well worth checking out on your Pattaya bar rounds.

IMHO Angelwitch in Pattaya is the best gogo bar period! The exotic showes are the best Ive seen in Pattya. They have spent alot money on the sound system and theater lights. The place was well thought out prior to construction. The accustics is bar far the best and the seating is a oval colesium style so that you get a good seat no matter where you are.

The exotic showes reminds me of Legas style showes with professional dancers. These women are hot and and simply jus fun to watch. It is a refreshing change from other gogo bars with women who dance without enthusiasm.


The stage is also oval in shape covering about 13 feet by 8.5 feet (my guess) So when the girls perform they have plenty of space to move.

The ladder on the side of the stage is intersting but I think they could have done without it. It leads to a clear accrylic walkway that looks more like a catwalk but is too high above too actually get a good look at the girls who are dancing on it.


The other drawback that I noticed was that it was in an alley off to the left on walking street. So it's kinda hidden. Look for the staff holding signs to find it.

I hope to finally get to the Pattaya Angelwitch in about three weeks, when a couple of friends of mine are in town. As to the location, to my eye the best gogo in Pattaya, as of New Year's Day, was Coyotee's [sic]. It also suffers from the same location problem. Sometimes, if you make a little extra effort (i.e. traveling just a bit off the beaten path) you can find some true gems.

Hi Mano, had a recent report that Coyotee's has taken a drop in terms of Dancer talent. Lots of average BG's. However, they have a lot of decent Showgirls apparently. With 20+ Showgirls doing "down and dirty" sex shows it could well be worthy of a visit. Please let us know what your assessment is of COYOTEE'S.

With ANGELWITCH PATTAYA I think the Shows speak for themselves, but word on the Walking Street is that they need to hire more attractive Dancers. Again, your assessment would be useful.

I agree on the (lack of) attractiveness of the dancers. I pulled three girls from AW Pattaya (all recommended--indeed, one or two almost pushed on me--by Mamasan Nik). They were not beauties, but their performance was good to excellent. Nice to know the mamasan, so after I struck out at another bar after a long courtship, I could come in at 2:30 AM and get a 9 performer out of the half-dozen dancers left (looks were somewhat lower--maybe 6).

And to this veteran of AW BKK, the shows were awfully similar (but with a few differences, to be sure--and the venue itself is interesting, I like how the dancers slide down the pole from the overhead catwalk).

Hi Hunterman, I miss Mamasan Nic in AW BKK she is a damned good Mamasan. The Shows are going down very well in Pattaya but the low season will be the acid test. At the moment AW are on their honeymoon period, with people curious to see the new bar. But, this is not a cheap place to run and the rainy season will be their biggest test. Great while the tourists are here. Glad to see that you still had a great time.

Best go go layout in Pattaya in my opinion. As usual they have great shows. Last night had a nice sized crowd watching the shows. They had many regular dancers here as well. Mostly average with a few haer bodies in the mix. Some of the showgirls were quite hot and I did recognize a couple showgirls from the shows in BKK.

Heres a look inside AngelWitch in Pattaya. The night I was there they had about 25 Girls performing during the main event with other smaller shows that followed. Such as a guy from the audience is laid on a bed frame and the girls simulate many sex Acts with him and with each other. Themed costumes and content and the stadium seating and a balcony view add a theatrical feel. Additionally a lounge area is upstairs 6 of the girls were stunners that looked new to the game. The main shows highlight is repeated several times with an Amazon looker that climbs the poles almost to the catwalk and does a 10 ft free fall to a split on the Oval stage. The only moment of displeasure during the evening was when it became obvious that they were using canned applause and the guy running the sound board did not know how to fade it and this seemed to Dampen the mood of the entire audience. A fun time all in all and one I recommend less The recorded applause.

Finally got into Angelwitch Pattaya, this weekend. I have to say that, in terms of the physical set-up, it is the best gogo bar I've ever seen. The lineup I saw featured 2 very good looking (but not stunning) ladies and alot of mid-range (but not ugly) pole-spinners. It seems like they could use more dancers, given the size of the joint. Of course, this will often be a problem with a new bar, particularly one that's a bit off the beaten path. Fortunately, they did manage to put up a large neon sign, directly on Walking Street, directing customers to the bar.

As to the decor, it is, again, fantastic. My one small complaint is this (and trust me, it's nit-picky) but if you're going to put all of that money into an extremely cool black and red bar, why not shell out a couple of extra baht for ashtrays that match the decor, as opposed to the ultra-cheap thin plastic ones that are currently in place? How much can a black or red ashtray cost, fercrissakes? Yeah, that's picky. If that's the worst thing you can say about a bar, the bar really kicks ass. And this one does. Given the overhead involved in an operation like this, I really hope they start packing the customers in. Matt really did an outstanding job with this place, and it would be great to see someone who put in that much money and effort to do something different rewarded for his efforts.

Any go-go bar can look sensational but it's all about the quality of the BG's and the entertainment provided. In Pattaya there is a high level of competition for Show bars. Coyotee's have just installed Martini glass bowls to insert Showgirls, plus they have a large number of hotties. X Zone is another emerging Show Bar and these are only two examples. From all of the reports I've received Angelwitch really need more hotties, but many bars are fighting to attract the best girls. Coyotee's and Angelwitch now pay up to 20,000 baht salaries per Showgirl.

ANGELWITCH (Behind Beach Club) is starting to become more established after opening in January 2006. It is not the little gold mine that the mother ship is in BKK, but it is improving.

PATRICK (formerly TQ-2) is the very friendly NEW American Manager. (Patrick is a good host and very approachable; tell Patrick that you know me and he will take care of you). Recently the US Navy voted Angelwitch "Best Club In Pattaya" and Patrick has a plaque to prove it. Well worth a visit but please bare in mind that Angelwitch is predominantly a show bar. Showtime is 10.00pm until 1.00am. The Show must go on!

Was in here on the evening of 11/20/06. This place is even better than the one in Bangkok. By far the best Go-go in town. A real class act. Great staff. Very attractive women. My buddy bar fined a HOTTIE named Toon (Dave, post her photo up here when you get a chance). I even barfined one of the waitresses who ( even my buddy thought) was goregeous. Very sweet girl. Also has by far the best shows in town. My favorites are the oil dance and shaving cream dance.

Was in here the night of 11/20/06. This place is great. Layout is awesome!!!!!!! Plenty of cute women. I wanted to barfine one of the showgirls named Kim, but was told that she never bar fines. Even with all the cute women in there, I barfined one of the waitresses. I think her name was Pim or Pik, can't remember. Sorry. Even my buddy thought she was hot. She had a sexy body that ten times better after she took her clothes off. My buddy barfined a HOTTIE named Toon. Dave, put her photo up here when you get a chance.

Angelwitch is by far is the BEST go-go in Pattaya, no contest. Best staff, very nice. They go out of the way to make sure that you are enjoying yourself.

picked up a hottie from here that was 38 yrs old guys.. I didnt believe her when she said she was that age. asked to see her id, but it was in Thai years.. anyway I think the Bar is super nice inside, very good looking girls, and very pushy mamasans.

Have to say this is probably the best Go Go in Pattaya next to Peppermint Go Go. You will definitely find the best sex shows at Agelwitch. Love the outfits and costumes. They have the best (and Most Expensive) babes and bar fines. BF is $600 baht (same as Peppermint) but girls were asking for 2,500 all night which is way too high for Pattaya. You can get a girl out of Peppermint for 2,000 and 600 BF. Although you can shop around and find beer bar girls that will stay all night for a $300 BF nad only 1,000 for all night and includes sex at night and in the morning when you both wake up.

Angel Witch is definately a fun bar and has the best shows by far but the talent is mediocre at best. I can think of at least 8 gogo bars that have better talent. The shows are absolutely spectacular though...saw a girl making out with a giant python and lesbian horror show in a bed on stage.

i like there traditional Thai dancing set, i love to watch the girls cute bums, when they dance across the bamboo poles.

The snake show stars a 2.5 meter long python! But, there is a professional snake handler there at all times. Glad you guys think Angelwitch has by far the best shows. Great news!

I love Anglewitch except the pressure to buy drinks for the service girls and mama is a little bit of a turnoff. I get tired of saying not now.
Part of this may be a problem of my own making as I have in the past and sometimes now been pretty free with the baht.

Tdog123, I am pleased that you like Angelwitch. It can be hard to say no to a bunch of kids after you have spoiled them with too much candy! To a degree you have caused this, but busy bars can and do suffer from "high pressure" tactics.

If it gets really bad move to the other side of the bar - this is a serious message that you are relaying to the Thais. Happy hunting!

Yeah, I noticed that too about the service girls checking your drink every 15 minutes and asking if you need another. When you say "No, I'm Good" they kind of give you attitude!

The past few days I've taken a bunch of my friends into AW, and we really enjoyed seeingthe girls whizz down the poles.

However, the vibe is very different than AW in NEP. I agree with all the comments above about buying drinks, and IMHO, teh girls aren't very charming.

The NEP AW is more intimate, the girls nicer and Dave the Rave is a fantatstic host.

BOTTOM LINE: Pattaya AW is a sight to behold, but NEP AW is a better bar to grope ho's and drink yourself silly!

Thanks for the comments Blumpy. The BIG difference for mongers is that Angelwitch in Nana Plaza is run by Matt and me. In Angelwitch Pattaya it is totally Thai run with no Western management. This makes a HUGE difference.

If you are a voyeur the Shows are very entertaining, along with a truly spectacular venue. For mongers BKK Angelwitch would be a better choice.

Floor show was brilliant. I have been coming to Thailand on business for 15 years or so every couple of months and quite frankly had left the go-go bar scene behind. However AW Pattaya was a real experince. Girls were top quality and not jam packed on stage. Ma ma san's were fun and real friendly. Barfined # 40 two nights in a row and then #39 following night.#40 is real sweet but got real possesive and got the shits when I took #39 on third night. Girl # 1 is smoking hot.
Funny thing is that I actually picked up some non go go girl numbers whilst in the club.
Two black ladies from Tanzania were watching show and got chatting to them.. got the number of one of them who was absolute stunner. Other number was from real cute Thai girl who was there with another guy and we sort of smiled at each other and next thing you know one of the waitress's is quietly handing me her number. She had asked waitres to give it to me.
From someone who thought he had seen it all and was quite frankly dead board with go go scene this place is a must visit.

Well, just to add some balance ... I was in AW last night and I must say it was a disappointment. Only one girl was an 8 or over and most far to chubby for my liking. Lots of big fat guys too ... maybe it was a Weightwatchers eveing?

Had one drink then scarpered ... each to his own.

Was in AW last night and a few times over the last few days.
I have no complaints about the dancers or the show its still good and some of the girls are great its just the staff and Mamasan... I know they chase the dollars with the customers [particularly ones who have grls sit with them) but do they have to make it so OTT. It just makes you cringe and Im sick of saying no to mamasan.
Case in point was sitting last night with #83 smoking hot body face so so... mamasan came up and asked if I would buy her drink which I agreed to... waitress I know came up to say hi and mamasan was back in a flash telling me to buy her drink and could she also have one herself . Asked anoither wiatress for an ashtray later on and when she bought it Mamasan was over like jackflash wanting to know if I would buy her a drink.... ended up leaving after that. Meet a couple of guys later in Happy a Go Go and they both agreed that AW was OTT on the money chasing... surely the girls must hate this as it probabaly affects their earning ability.

I've also been in there a couple of times this week and I agree with you. Same thing last trip. You want to buy the lady your with a drink and mamazan wants you to buy everyone a drink. I walked out both nights without a lady and without buying any extra drinks.

I finally have the chance to be back in LOS and very pleased to see how things are now. now in Pattaya and have the opportunity to go AngelWitch. this place really rocks, club set up is better than AW/Nana. prices are reasonable and the waitresses/mamasans are not pushy for drinks. the girls are as cute and gorgeous as they can be running around in those sexy outfits. i'd say a problem i have is to pick a girl for the night, would like to get them all!!. tend to go there almost every night. Dave; last night i saw the Phyton snake show and only thing i have to say is that it was a small snake, what's up with that!!!! expected to see a monster snake!!! the girl i was with told me they tend to used a smaller snake 'cause is more manageable for the showgirls. one thing about the showgirls is that if i want to BF one of them i have to wait 'til around 1:30 am 'cause she has to perform, other than that, they are happy to go out with customers and get a little more money on the side. I always do my best to treat them right and nice, make sure the girls also enjoy themselves and not be disrespectful. even though you not here Dave, have to say the Thai managers doing a good job running AW/Pattaya. very pleased to be here almost every night and have a lovely girl keeping me company./

I went to angelwitch last nite and it was kind of quiet, i mean not many customers and though it has some nice sexy girls on stages, they were kind of aloft and more concern talking about themselves than trying to make contact with the customers.
Maybe too early (was around 9 or so pm), but i always see this place pack. going to give it another try and see how it ends, that time later on in the nite.

The Angelwitch in Pattaya is doing a 4 beers for 250B promotion at the moment, this includes Chang, singha, tiger and leo. Small print, from 8pm to 11pm.
