Anyone ever consider moving to Thailand and openning a bar?

I've been thinking seriously about selling everything i have and moving to Thailand. Most likely to Pattaya or Puket or one of the other islands. I was wondering what an open bar would cost and a condo. I've been looking on the internet and realistate on there seem a little over priced. Does anyone have any idea what an open bar would cost? Maybe i'll be your next pimp when your over there. I'm 33 years old and tired of the rat race. There has to be an easier way to earn a living. I think i could handle serving beer to all you drunks and i think i got a pretty good eye for pretty ladies to serve all of you. Is there like a thailand mafia that would kill me triing to open a go-go bar? Do you think if i walked away from here with $200,000.00 us i could aford to get a place to live and start a business or is that insane?
