Quickest/cheapest way to get from TJ to Ensenada?

Newbie question here... what is the most economical (time and money wise) way to get from TJ to Ensenada? Is there bus service? If so, where in TJ do I pick up the bus?
I'm interested in a day trip that would have me back in TJ by evening, so I can cap off my day in the Zona. :)
