Cheesesteak, I'm not an American citizen, but I'm here legally. One time I forgot to bring down with me my green card and lied about being an American citizen and got caught. I was thinking of applying for citizenship next year, but I'm no sure I will be eligible. I know you're probably not an expert, but what can someone like me do to clean that incident up? Other than that, I have no criminal record and have never been detained for any other reason. |
